P*ssed off father addresses township board over the cover up of an accident where his wife his son were hit by the son of a friend of the chief of police.
This father is demanding accountability at a North Huntingdon Township Board of Commissioners meeting, but the backstory behind this confrontation is a chilling look at a family's fight against small-town corruption.
On July 7, 2024, Kathleen Morcheid was driving with her 13-month-old son, Jordan, when a vehicle driven by 22-year-old Nolan Patrick Mullen crossed the center line, striking them nearly head-on. Accident reconstruction experts later testified that Mullen was flying at 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone just five seconds before the collision.
While the toddler miraculously survived without major injuries, Kathleen suffered life-altering harm, including a severe traumatic brain injury and permanent physical tremors that stripped her of her career as a nurse.
Nicholas Carrozza, the child’s father seen at the podium, quickly uncovered what he alleges is a deep-seated conflict of interest. Local critics and public complaints allege that Mullen’s father was close personal friends with high-ranking local police officials.
Carrozza claims responding officers failed to perform standard on-scene sobriety testing, ignored witnesses who saw the driver laughing after the crash, and systematically stonewalled his family's Right-to-Know requests for body camera footage and basic police reports.
The systemic frustration peaked when the District Attorney’s office offered Mullen a lenient plea deal—dismissing the felony chargesin exchange for probation and home electronic monitoring.
Fortunately, a Westmoreland County judge took the unusual step of rejecting the plea deal, stating home monitoring was entirely inappropriate for an offense requiring prison time.
Carrozza fought back with constitutional law. He openly called out Township Manager Harry Fulk for attempting to bypass him, exposed threats of arrest from the DA for asking questions, and vowed to strip the board members of their qualified immunity via a federal civil rights lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
As of June 2026
The fallout has turned into a massive First Amendment battle. Instead of transparent answers, local authorities hit Carrozza with a wave of criminal charges, ordering him to stand trial for misdemeanor counts of disrupting a public meeting, illegal recording in a police lobby, and endangering a public official after he posted an officer's photo online to criticize the department.
Carrozza maintains that these charges are an unconstitutional overreach designed to criminalize citizen activism and silence a father demanding justice for his permanently injured wife and child. Meanwhile, the family home has fallen into foreclosure due to mounting medical debt.
As far as the driver.
Mullen's defense attorney requested a special pretrial hearing to challenge the state's evidence, specifically arguing that Morcheid's injuries did not legally meet the threshold of "serious bodily injury" and that the felony charge should be thrown out.
Judge Stewart firmly rejected the defense's request to drop the felony charge. The judge noted that Morcheid's daily life remains entirely upended by her ongoing brain injury symptoms, headaches, speech issues, and physical tremors. The prosecution also successfully presented accident reconstruction data proving Mullen was driving 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone just five seconds before the impact, which the court agreed was the absolute "definition of recklessness."
Because the defense's efforts to dismiss the charges failed, Judge Stewart ruled that the final determination of fault and the severity of the crash must be decided by a local jury. Mullen remains charged with felony aggravated assault by vehicle, misdemeanor reckless endangerment, and multiple traffic summaries as the case moves toward a formal criminal trial.
🚨 HUGE WIN for Nebraska!
🇺🇸 The @NEGOP just adopted a powerful new Preamble establishing the Constitutional and Platform Republican (CPR) Standard.
Every Republican holding public office or party leadership must now HONOR the Constitution and defend this Platform as their primary mandate.
Failure to do so = breach of duty to the Party and the people of Nebraska.
No more RINOs. Real accountability for those who claim the Republican label but govern like big-government liberals. Nebraska just raised the bar. Time to enforce it.
#NEGOP #CPRStandard #ConstitutionalRepublicans
Boy attorneys and gov been teaching the law wrong and letting things that are not orders be accepted as orders in administrative tribunals that don’t fit the constitutional muster! We have been sending the courts notice on this specifically and God is fire
@vikinick_ That's exactly my point. How come I haven't seen anyone state a total number ballots that they have received, with proper postmark, by now? Percentages are ok but numbers are precise. Why so long to count? Machines are faster? It's not even going to be a million ballots.
Are Harley orders stupid? Harley leadership thinks you are and so they replaced Marxists with more Marxists and sold it as change.
Watch this video.
PS, you definitely want to checkout Harley’s board of directors that hired Starrs. If you’ve followed me for any amount of time it will make perfect sense. Also, since we’re exposing the Fabians and their use of economists you won’t find it at all surprising that Starrs has an economics degree from Princeton.
Andrew Jackson destroyed the Second Bank of the United States in 1836, delivering the single greatest blow to financial tyranny in American history. You won't hear this story told correctly in any economics textbook, because it reveals how central banking works: as a government-sponsored cartel that redistributes wealth from productive citizens to politically connected bankers.
The Second Bank held a 20-year federal charter starting in 1816. It controlled the money supply, issued currency, and held government deposits. Sound familiar? Nicholas Biddle, the bank's president, wielded more economic power than any elected official. He could trigger financial panics at will by restricting credit. He bought newspapers and bribed congressmen. When Jackson opposed recharter in 1832, Biddle deliberately crashed the economy to punish him.
Jackson called it "a hydra of corruption" and he was right. The bank created artificial booms through credit expansion, then triggered busts when politically convenient. Biddle openly bragged about manipulating markets. Free market economists and Jackson both recognized the core insight: this was legalized counterfeiting with government backing, not free market banking.
The political establishment united against Jackson. Henry Clay, Daniel Webster, and the entire Whig Party defended the bank. Biddle spent millions buying influence. The press attacked Jackson as an economic ignoramus. Every "respectable" voice supported recharter. Jackson stood alone with the American people.
After Jackson killed the bank, the country experienced the strongest economic growth in its history. From 1837 to 1862, America operated without a central bank. Industry flourished. Wages rose. Innovation exploded. This wasn't coincidence. When you stop subsidizing financial speculation and let productive capital find its natural home, prosperity follows.
Central banks don't stabilize economies: they destabilize them for private gain.
So if the Supreme Court “Election Day” decision, says that any ballots received AFTER the election is closed, are “unconstitutional,” guess what?
That will mean that ALL the ballots/votes received AFTER Election Day in California’s recent election, are unconstitutional.
It won’t matter whether the election has ALREADY happened or not.
The ballots/votes received AFTER the election will be removed from the totals or there will be a new election.
The Constitution and the peoples Constitutional right to vote, are being made great again!
Unfortunately this letter is a lie. We defeated Germany NOT the Nazis. As a matter of fact, Eisenhower, Lemnitzer and Dulles would ensure that the most vile of the Nazis not only survive, but were protected and distributed around the world to wreak havoc that continues today. They collectively took over Hitler’s stay behind network, Operation Gladio, using Army super secret (declassified in 2014) Detachment A. These units trained death squads around the world, overthrew governments including the US. The deal was made during Operation Sunrise.
Eisenhower would use those units to overthrow governments while he was president. Lemnitzer would command those units while NATO commander. NATO had those Nazis in charge of it for most of its first 20 yrs. NATO was kicked out of France for using those units to try to assassinate the French president over 30 times while Lemnitzer was in charge. Yes, Lemnitzer was running those units (after being removed from the CJCS by JFK for authoring Operation Northwood which proposed to use them to kill Americans) when JFK was assassinated. Dulles, as we know, was fired by JFK but sat in a CIA command center during the weekend of JFK’s assassination to ensure the plan was carried out properly and then was put in charge of the cover up.
There is a reason most Americans have never heard of Operation Gladio and Condor. The rest of the world isn’t as ignorant as the American ppl.
What happened at ISU was a perfect example of the left
@RobSandIA interns led the charge to impeach the student body president once they found out he was working for a conservative organization
Claiming student gov should be nonpartisan as they were working for a dem CAMPAIGN
I join @ColonelTowner for Part5 of our series on the Fabian Society.
Today we detailed the big 4 founders of the Fabians; Edward Pease, Bernard Shaw, & Sidney and Beatrice Webb.
Their ideas permeate every corner of our institutions today.

I hope everyone understands that I’m not joking when I say our government is a crime scene. It’s a mafia. The loyal Trump officials like .@EagleEdMartin .@MichaelRCaputo VOLUNTEERED to be informants sent in to clean out the mafia that has been destroying our government.
Usually informants grow up in the system and for whatever reason are flipped. These guys volunteered to come in and try to save our country at GREAT RISK TO THEIR LIVES. In the past ppl that have tried to expose this level of corruption have been assassinated on a Guyana tarmac.
Say a prayer for the real heroes in the story that isn’t serving overseas but in our government literally right next door to the criminal treasonous mafia.
In 2004, Clint Curtis alleged that in September 2000 then-Republican Congressman Tom Feeney had asked his (Curtis) then-employer, Yang Enterprises, to write software to change votes on electronic voting machines in a way that was undetectable. Curtis said that YEI told him that the purpose was to "control the vote" in West Palm Beach, Florida. Curtis also said that Feeney planned ways to lower the "black vote" with "exclusion lists" and police patrols. These claims were denied by Feeney and a YEI employee. Curtis shared his allegations in an affidavit to the Democratic members of the House Judiciary Committee in December 2004.
Curtis also alleged that YEI had spied on NASA by downloading documents from its computers. He told a reporter from The Daytona Beach News-Journal that YEI employed an undocumented immigrant from China, Hai Lin Nee, while contracted with NASA. Curtis said that Nee was working on projects with access to data from NASA and the state of Florida. In March 2004, Nee was arrested in a sting operation by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement for attempting to mail low-noise amplifier chips to Beijing in 1999, which could be used for missile guidance. YEI denied having Nee as an employee, which was contradicted by state records. Curtis shared his findings with a NASA investigator in 2002, but the outcome of that investigation is unknown. As of December 2004, these allegations were under investigation by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington and by the office of then-senator Bill Nelson.
Is this why Nelson became NASA director?
Curtis left YEI in February 2001 to work for the FDOT. He alleged that YEI had overbilled the state of Florida by, among other ways, including hours for Curtis for periods of time when he no longer worked for them. In July 2001, he and another FDOT employee, Mavis Georgalis, filed a complaint with the FDOT inspector general, but the investigation did not progress, and the pair were fired in April 2002. Ray Lemme, who worked at the FDOT Inspector General's Office, persisted with the investigation.
Curtis said that in June 2003, he met with Lemme, who said his findings went "all the way to the top." In July 2003, Lemme was found dead at a motel in Valdosta, Georgia. An unsigned suicide note was at the scene, his wife said that he was under stress from work, and friends said that he had health issues. Local police had ruled his death a suicide, stating that the death scene had no photos. However, confirmed images from the death scene had been posted to the Internet, with The Moscow Times reporting that the pictures showed evidence of a struggle. The investigation into Lemme's death was reopened and then shut down upon local police speaking with an unknown person in the Florida state government.
And Last March (2004), the Chinese national that Curtis discussed, Hai Lin Nee, was arrested in a 4-year-old Immigration and Customs Enforcement sting operation for trying to mail sensitive computer chips to Beijing in 1999 in violation of export rules.
URS Federal Solutions, based in Germantown, Maryland, holds a $1.4 billion services contract at Kennedy Space Center, and subcontracted management of the 400-vehicle fleet to Yang, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit brought under False Claims Act was filed in U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and seeks "treble damages" for the government. In one example, URS billed the government $1,800 to replace the tires six times within 27 months on one vehicle. Some of the tires had fewer than 5,000 miles of use on them, according to the lawsuit. There is no disposition of this federal case on DOJ website.

Apparently there is more than a handful of "Yang" found guilty of working with China.

At least now we know why they came up with the 'source code black box' story. And yes, Curtis is quoted as saying he alerted the FBI and CIA of the ability to manipulate elections.
I thought I'd take a quick peek into The Bunge Corporation aka The Octopus. Interesting name. As a completely unrelated coincidence after over 100 years of operation in the Netherlands, Belgium and later Argentina it set up a foundation. As another coincidence the foundation set up, as the “social arm” of Bunge’s Brazilian operations for the purpose of community engagement, culture, science awards, and later sustainability efforts in Brazil."
When you ask Grok about it, Grok assures you that it was completely charity work and not anything like Ford or Rockefeller. When I pointed out the Ford/Rockefeller used "community engagement, culture, science awards, and later sustainability efforts" as there reason for spending millions of dollars in foreign countries when, in fact, they were doing so NOT for charity but to funnel funds into the country to control it. Grok acknowledged that they had done that in conjunction with the CIA. Grok further said that without any 'smoking gun' it was unable to confirm or deny Bunge was doing the same thing.
And for no reason at all, I will point out that Brazil was coup'd in the early 60's after this was set up. In the aftermath, (again completely unrelated) during the dictatorship years, the company expanded and diversified aggressively:
It grew subsidiaries like Moinho Fluminense (wheat milling/processing), Sanbra (soybean/oilseed crushing and exports), Tintas Coral (paints), and Santista Têxtil (textiles).
By the 1980s, Bunge Brasil operated across dozens of states with extensive industrial and export activities. Sanbra, for example, became one of Brazil’s top exporters, and the group as a whole reached 127 affiliated companies by the early 1990s (before later restructuring).
It benefited from government incentives, such as SUDENE (Northeast development agency) fiscal support for textile and industrial expansions in the late 1960s–early 1970s.
Goulart's, on the other hand, agenda was primarily agrarian reform to address latifúndios (large estates), rural labor rights, and limits on foreign profit remittances. He spoke in favor of these at events like the 1961 National Peasant Congress (organized by ULTAB) and in his famous March 13, 1964 rally in Rio de Janeiro. In these contexts, he and allied peasant/labor groups criticized:
Foreign capital and “imperialist” multinationals in general as part of the land-monopoly problem.
Exploitation by large agribusiness interests (sometimes naming broad categories like North American or European firms involved in cotton, grains, oils, or colonization).
Again, grok assures me that's completely coincidental. 🙄🙄🙄
NEW Indictment obtained by the DOJ against Southern Poverty Law Center shows that they funded cross burnings and more...
Also, the Identities of at least three of the 'Field Sources' have been revealed along with a possible fourth
While this is making headlines I don't think most ppl realize what was actually exposed. The Trump administration knows, financially, every corrupt politician sitting in DC right now. I'm sure they noticed.
