@sterlinghelp That’s the problem! @gtbank @gtbank_help insists you’ve refused to authorize payment even tho your POS clearly replied with a transaction declined. It seems @cenbank needs to address this. I also hope @fccpcnigeria also protects me the consumer!

Poor customer service? That’s @gtbank @gtbank_help failed pos and they won’t refund my money since Nov 2021!! Multiple emails. Branch visits to their Marina branch and a bunch of unconcerned staff keep tossing me back & forth! About time I moved away from #gtbank

@clinixlagos is totally irresponsible to patients. After over 25 days of waiting for a result, I’m told to bring my kid back for another test....someone screwed up! 21 days after a retake and no response! And we wonder why healthcare is a mess?? 46 days & 2 tests with no results!

Does @DStvNg really reply their twitter messages? Considering their calls keep terminating once they ask you to wait for an agent, other channels should then be more effective!
