@O2 appalling service- I've been a customer for many years and I'm am fed up of being lied to by your complaints team yout 'customer service'. No one wiling to actually do anything. Take my money but not provided goods surely that's illegal behaviour
@MartinSLewis@GMB Lots of thoughts on this based on experience of issues- whilst good things like payment reviews, could someone be on 1 tariff in summer and other in winter, company systems able to cope with this, all need time to be worked out so hope this is given aswel as national advertising
@MartinSLewis But only if worth 5* review there's little customer loyalty these days and reviews are poor so incentive should be to review not just say good 5* comes down to honesty/morals I'd only accept it if you feel 5* worthy
@MartinSLewis@mic69449413 Def needs to also consider things like landlord accounts or renovation properties to as these accounts won't be on PSR or mimic previous usage.... it's about time when there's even fixed tariffs cheaper than next kikes without exit fees...
@MartinSLewis@mic69449413 Pretty please push really hard! I hate that we cannot do this (from 10 years in energy customer service/complaints) It's asked by customers all the time! But there's only so much (and there's alot) of signposting we can do for customers.
@g__j Ahows not everyone in it for the riches when you speak like this! Just wish press and social media would be less scare mongering and more positive and offer real advise and the full story because that would also help massively!
@Graham_Wharton@MartinSLewis After the crazy busy week so far for us I love seeing the good feedback so proud to be working 6 @OctopusEnergy when my disabilities and neurodiversity are not used against me but encouraged to embrace them and supported.
@MartinSLewis If you choose a variable direct debit you will pay more in winter and less in summer. Fixed direct debits are good if you want to know what you need to pay each month manage finances so you do not have higher payments going out in winter months. #educateaboutbills
@MartinSLewis These are reviewed at least yearly (but usually every few months) you assure you are not paying to little or too much. It's not unlimited usage for a fixed price per month depends on how much energy is used.
@MartinSLewis Fixed tariffs mean the rates per day and unit stay the same. You only pay for the energy used- providing billed ro reads. People get confused about fixed tariffs and fixed direct debit. Fixed direct debit means your estimated annual annual usage is divided by 12.

@MartinSLewis So many disengaged consumers not looking at bills, not looking at options, not realising they need to... smart meters installed by smart consumers who are engaged- better education re smart meters needs to be rolled out as they are getting better but have a bad rep
@g__j This is why I'm proud to be part of Octopus Family. Despite struggles which could mean to alot of companies I'm unemployable Octopus have enabled me to use my strengths rather than use them against ne!
@g__j@idriselba@glastonbury His passion about this was so intense and made you wanna help when he attended Family Dinner! As a remote worker its hard to feel the atmosphere a talk is producing but not in this case
Can you help me out? I am trying to get a free gift.
