@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia incoming/outgoing calls throw call failed since yesterday. Network reset works for a while and issue surfaces. At least have some courtesy along with your useless network to inform your customers of any issues. What now?
@aakashgupta@aakashgupta reminds me of one of my experience that frustrated my team and me. Despite showing the right reasons for the time to develop and launch, we were asked to build in shorter time window which could ruin things in the app. But who cares when sr. speaks.

@Airtel_Presence raised a network issue (2-3 bars, 4G/5G useless w/o Wi-Fi) on 6th June. Ticket 'resolved' magically on 15th w/o a call! Reopened it, now says resolved by 21st. What are you even fixing? #AirtelFail#PoorService

@im_sd2001@meadopark I recently placed an order with them for my neice. They havent replied. They dont seem to have social media presence. Have ordered before but this time its different. I’ve also started to feel buying originals are better bets.
