@TeamYouTube my channel was just recently demonetized unfairly for misleading family content. I have no strikes, my videos are all fairly rated. I hope to get a human review in order to prove once and for all that my channel is monetization compliant
Day 7
@TeamYouTube@reneritchie@YouTubeCreators
I am now attempting another in-studio appeal and when I go back to the earn page it doesn't say "your appeal is under review" or that it's even been rejected as it didn't the first time and still says "Start appeal must submit by October 2, 2026" This is evidence of a critical backend glitch that completely blocks the submission from properly registering in the review database. The form is resetting instantly, leaving me with zero tracking visibility, a frozen dashboard loop, and absolutely no in-studio policy feedback panels. This likely is preventing any would-be human policy specialist from ever seeing my video file. My unlisted appeal videos still has zeo views while my support chat attempts just keep receiving the exact same copy-and-pasted auto-rejections. The automated loop is completely broken. My channel track is entirely compliant—I have been hyped and made the hyped leaderboard multiple times which specifically does not allow children's content, No video of mine has ever been marked as for kids either manually or by YouTube, Almost every single video I have is manually self-certified for moderate profanity, and my channel demographics are 82%+ over the age of 18. Please locate my Channel ID, bypass this broken dashboard interface, and manually verify that my appeal text and unlisted video are pushed to a HUMAN specialist.
@YouTubeCreators@YouTube
@TeamYouTube@YouTube@YouTubeCreators after two months you still refuse to give a a human review for my channel after your faulty ai moderation system failed to do its job and Is affecting me and ton of other creators. GIVE ME A HUMAN REVIEW!!
@TeamYouTube we’re now six days into being falsely demonetized for misleading family content. My audience hardly has anyone below 18, my videos are marked not for kids, I just want a chance for a real review.
I keep seeing creators lose monetization, channels, and years of work without getting a clear explanation of what actually triggered the decision. That should concern every creator on this platform.
@YouTube@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators@YouTubeLiaison@nealmohan, if you can punish a channel, you should be able to explain the exact reason, show the evidence, and provide a real human appeal.
Creators should not have to beg on X just to understand what happened.
‼️ Any reposts would be appreciated‼️
Over a month ago my YouTube channel was suspended from the Partner Program due to “misleading family content” because I make content mainly centered around anime and recently YouTube’s automation has decided that content like that is only meant for kids therefore resulting in my suspension even though I’ve never implied nor said they were made for kids (legally required to tell them when posting a video) so not only is this situation blatantly wrong and obviously an automation error it’s also just unfair, if you’re seeing this I’m pretty sure I’m not the only character you know that’s been hit by this and you’ve probably also seen people get their channels fixed further proving this new system is making mistakes, but even after making the appeal video YouTube told me to make it has YET to receive any external views therefore meaning my situation hasn’t even been looked at besides by the robot that suspended me in the first place, I never received any warnings nor has my channel ever been in any sort of trouble and actually YouTube themselves emailed me 3 months ago saying I was eligible for a YouTube Rep so I’d assume they checked my channel beforehand before making that decision. All in all I wanted to express the need for not only mine but everyone’s channel simply receive a manual review for this situation since it quite obviously is making mistakes and it would also help if YouTube would stop ignoring its creators and simply pushing AI responses to their face every time they have problems when they are allowing AI to jeopardize people’s livelihoods at random, for almost two months I’ve seemed to be completely ignored no matter the way I try to get in contact with them and I do not believe that is right nor fair, if you’ve read this far or shared thank you and hopefully YouTube can get these resolved.

@TeamYouTube Day 6 of being unfairly demonetized by AI. Almost coming up on a week now of being handed from bot to bot, receiving the same automated responses I've seen in a hundred other emails posted here. My channel is NOT misleading family content
@TeamYouTube my channel was just recently demonetized unfairly for misleading family content. I have no strikes, my videos are all fairly rated. I hope to get a human review in order to prove once and for all that my channel is monetization compliant
I'd appreciate any reposts, likes, shares, or anything really.
I'm tired of tweeting about this stuff. @TeamYouTube I am still requesting a human to review my channel manually. My channel does not fall under misleading family content. @YouTubeCreators
I may have found out why YouTube is demonetizing creators with its AI for "Misleading Family Content". Youtube has two options for content. There is "Made for kids (set by you) or "Made for kids (by youtube). When I check "made for kids (set by you) I have nothing, because IVE NEVER SAID MY CHANNEL IS FOR KIDS. I always put "not made for kids".
However, when I check an upload from an old video, youtube set one of my videos as "made for kids". Did YouTube set my video as "made for kids", demonetize my WHOLE channel, then have there AI punish me for a mistake they did? If so they should answer to this and immediately get rid of this system
Youtubes AI has denied two of my appeals for falsely demonetizing my whole channel. I was hit with "misleading family content" to which once again I say, my videos are not made for kids, nor have I ever put my videos are "made for kids"
We are 3 days into my false demonization and I've still got no new email update on my case. It is always the same email back every time, without even POINTING OUT one thing to the reason why im banned for "misleading family content".
You guys have even commented on my video addressing the situation saying your team is taking a "closer look" into it. Yet I've gotten no email updates on the timeline of my case. It would take a HUMAN 5 minutes to see my case and easily tell the AI has made a mistake. I am still waiting @YouTube@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators
Every content creator needs to watch this.
Please share this. We need to get this conversation moving and bring more attention to what is happening.
Creators’ livelihoods and, in some cases, their personal safety, can be put at risk when platforms fail to adequately address fraudulent or abusive copyright claims.
We cannot allow this issue to be ignored.
We will not be silenced.

@TeamYouTube is now trying to say that they literally can’t provide any timestamps or videos regarding why I’ve been demonetized. So I’m supposed to lose out on thousands of dollars, reapply in 90 days, meanwhile they can’t even point to any violative videos.
🚨 THIS IS THE REAL PROBLEM — WHERE IS THE HUMAN REVIEW?
Look closely at these two emails. Both were received on the exact same date and at the exact same time: September 11, 11:58 AM.
One email says my previous appeal had already been denied, while the other says Google would review my appeal and that most requests take 2 business days.
My YouTube Studio appeal was already rejected. Then I tried to submit another appeal through the form, but I was told that my previous appeal had already been rejected.
So the question is: Where is the genuine, case-specific human review?
I have been working on YouTube for 6 years and understand YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies. My channel was terminated under “Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams”, even though I have not committed any violation of this policy.
These screenshots raise serious questions about how my appeal was handled and whether a meaningful human review actually took place.
@YouTube@TeamYouTube — AI can assist, but it should NOT become the final judge of a creator’s future. Creators deserve clear evidence, transparency, fairness, and REAL HUMAN/MANUAL REVIEW.

None of my videos are targeted towards kids!!
Despite what YouTube claims!!!
@TeamYouTube it has been exhausting trying to reach out to someone to have a manual look into my channel.
To fix the mistake of the AI system.
To allow me to monetize my content without fear of another demonetization.
To allow me to earn for my hard work.
This whole thing has taken a massive toll on my mental health.
Instead of focusing on creating content for my channels, my main focus every days is coming up with different ways to reach out to you.
To get a REAL review and not some automated answer.
FIX YOUR MISTAKE!!!
Not just for me, but for all the other creators you have wronged!!!!

As @TeamYouTube continues to falsely demonetize me and others for misleading family content, I’ll be making a video this week analyzing what’s been happening across the platform. In the meantime support the other creators who have lost their livelihoods https://t.co/VDbQJrKNrT
YouTube says YPP appeals are reviewed by humans. But how do people submit an appeal video and get rejected in less than 1 minute?
So what exactly happened? A human watched the appeal, reviewed the channel, assessed the content and immediately decided the channel was unfit for monetization—all within seconds?
Please make it make sense.
My appeal has been ongoing for months with no answer. My earnings are gone, and every day all I’m told is “please wait.” But wait for how long? I have rent and bills to pay. This isn’t just a button on a screen—this is someone’s livelihood.
@YouTube@TeamYouTube, how long are creators expected to be patient when there’s no timeline and no meaningful update?
