@Nick_Metcalfe I was in the room last night and it did come across a bit odd at the time. The crowd on table 2 had been with Stan all day, and were quiet, saddened and somewhat shellshocked at how it all unfolded. Maybe the celebration was more of a statement against the crowd.
@henrymoeranBBC Totally agree. And for me not just a reserve day. Why do we have to have such regimented lunch and tea breaks, why can’t we play til 9pm if the weather clears, or start at 9am? I get the tradition, but surely the result and Test cricket overall is more important.
@TheGlastoThingy@Dukeicon Possibly the Black Keys? Currently touring, and playing Hyde Park that week. Could easily headline the Other stage too? Hope so anyway.
@davehendon As you’ve commented on a few times on your Podcast Dave, there is a lot WST are missing at the moment. Social media is poor, the app is unusable and embarrassing vs almost all other sports, and foyers at venues an awful fan exp (using Cheltenham lw as an eg). Such a shame.
@glastobation I went, and looking back at that lineup, I have no clue how I prioritised anything. Blur was and is the the best thing I’ve ever seen. I ate a Yorkshire pudding while watching Springsteen. Great times.
Why did phil and holly attack the man who invented the gadgets in the James Bond films such as an underwater car or a cigarette that shoots people? Because they ‘jumped’ (another meaning of jump is to attack someone) the ‘Q’ (sounds like queue ) 😂😂😂😉👊 😜😜😜🎅🎅🎅
