OpenAI GPT-4.5 appears to be remarkable in medical image diagnosis-it was the only model that perfectly diagnosed this ultrasound image! 😮

All other AI models (Grok 3, Claude 3.7 Sonnet, Gemini 2.0, GPT-4o, o3-mini, and o1-pro) mistakenly identified it as a normal pregnancy!

@gdb Fascinating and promising—almost feels ‘too good to be true.’ Given the large training data behind these models, I would bet they’ve encountered/learned these cases from examples across multiple sites online. Nonetheless it’s an impressive step!
