@easyJet something up with your IT today. Seemingly legit mail alerts about locked accounts and pwd attempts. 90+ received. Looks internal processing issue rather than external hack.
@AvantiWestCoast Surprising in 2023 that a large operation is not able to sort something like this out. Had a similar problem with @Argos_Online but at least they returned payment in couple of hours.
@AvantiWestCoast tried buying a ticket on mobile via Apple Pay. It said transaction failed, but it definitely was debited from my account π€¦πΌββοΈ
@AvantiWestCoast There is no booking reference as it failed but the money definitely debited. And I'm afraid "likely" isn't good enough. I still need to buy the ticket, and don't want to rack up another Β£270 failure.
@MarriottUK after 10 years of loyalty, Β£125k spent, and bringing on board many other loyal clients...why be dicks about something you've managed badly and lose a good customer?
