@Worthing_Herald do you have any contacts at NCP. The High Street car park displays a 24hr charge of £5.95. It's a ticketless car park so you have to use the app which wants to charge £10. Who else has been stung by this? NCP support line is next to useless in resolving this.
@RoyalMail mother-in-law's purse was stolen. Thief discarded it by posting in a post box (all caught on CCTV). Who do we contact to see if it's been recovered? Local sorting office?
@ZenInternetHelp my upload speeds have tanked recently. Have had a consistent 15mb up for years and now down to 5mb. No change in equipment. Is this something Zen is modulating?
@ZenInternetHelp@RyFish I think my point is we are never actually given a root cause analysis to understand what the issue was (only that it was resolved). For some customers it's this type of information that gives them reassurance in your infrastructure. How can I request this once issue resolved?
@ZenInternetHelp@RyFish Zen knows there's something fundamentally wrong with their equipment at the Worthing exchange. This is just like the Jan outage. No transparency or reassure that the problem is solved for the long term. I've been a customer for more than a decade. Never has it been this bad.
@zeninternet Worthing is down again after yesterday's outage. Ref. ZO604843798 showing as up. It's not. Just dropped again at 12.20pm.
Now over 24hrs without a reliable service.
I made a decision not to get internet from the big players (sky et al) as I believed in paying for quality and reliability. But this seems to be fading.
@zeninternet I've been a customer for more than a decade, had years of great service and recommended you to all. But now it's just unreliable. We had an (almost 24hr) outage in January and now again today (still out after 5hrs). In both instances the causes were "unknown".
To make matters worse, in the Jan outage you emailed your customers in Worthing and included everyone's personal email address in the CC field. A massive privacy breach.
@zeninternet now on the 5th hour of no internet in #worthing. Half my working day already a bust. Is this issue anything to do with city fibre digging up half of the town?
@zeninternet aside from telling me that an engineer is investigating, do you have any real insight into the outage in Worthing today? It's been a long day using a 4G backup. Made worse by it taking more than an hour for you to even acknowledge a problem.
