I had my friend #Grok put together this chart for anyone curious why communism is winning. Compared GPAs from when my wife and I graduated high school to today. As and Bs should be rare and we’re back in the day. Now it’s about feelings and avoiding parent teacher conflict. A 3.5 gpa at my daughter’s highly rated public school puts you in the 50% class rank.

The rot in this country is too systemic. When every politician and most citizens are for sale things get complicated. Once we move away from Europe and focus only on the Americas then it will improve. The other half of the world looking to control us will become irrelevant. When the bulk of anything is covered by the government at whatever the cost all associated costs will always increase. The government never fights back to reduce these expenses and the market likes to see their profits increase YOY. Most people do not do the math. I’m a family of 3 and between our contribution and my employers contribution we pay 24k a year and are exceptionally healthy. We have a 5k family deductible. Yes insurance is a scam because the government sucks. As more and more people are unjustly added to government insurance programs we on private insurance pay the costs with our increased taxes/future government
debt and we take an additional hit with our premiums and rising deductables. If the government was out of the insurance game I suspect that private insurance would be cheeper. With that said I still like the idea of Medicare, but Medicaid is out of control.
