This situation increases fraud and theft risks - former trustees still have access to our bank accounts because @NatWestBusiness makes it impossible to change the signatories. Also they have not provided an accessible service for our treasurer. @TheFCA

Just raised a formal complaint with @NatWestBusiness because they are threatening to block the @HDevauden accounts because we can't provide dates of birth or death for the people who set up the trust in 1960. Also they have failed again to update our business mandate.

@HighwaysSWEST why isn't the hard shoulder between M4 J19 and J20 to traffic now (13.48 on 30/12/2022) given the five mile/20 minute queue before it? No broken down vehicles. Same thing on 28 December. We surely have smart motorways for a reason.

Is anyone actually monitoring the motorways around Bristol and if so are they doing anything about the traffic? Think of all the additional pollution, cost of fuel and lost time - not just today but other days thus week.
