@RealCandaceO I thought you were an investigator shouldn't you be able to figure that out? Oh I forgot you're just playing the part... That explains why you can't figure things out!
@cyber_felon@LLThecrusader You very clearly do not know what you're talking about. A visit is not sufficient medical evidence. TBI is diagnosed with MRI, blood tests and neuro tests. You can't fake that evidence dude.
@GreyByteRecon@jacktogon For the second part, if an office worker does commit fraud with no injuries, fuck those fakers. Hope the VA finds out sooner than later
@GreyByteRecon@jacktogon This is two separate arguments. For the first one, deployment or not is irrelevant. Injury is an injury. I knew a crew chief exposed to hydrazine and now has lifelong neurological issues. Does he not deserve compensation for that? He didn't deploy, but he's pretty fucked up.
@brayjayk@DavidGriffinj@Schwalm5132 VA OIG reported 200 convictions of fraud FY26 for 3 million dependents. What's your evidence or data to back up your claim then? go ahead enlighten me. Provide evidence
@BidetM66503@Schwalm5132 I knew a crew chief had an exposure to hydrazine. The left side of his body is paralyzed. This happened on a state side base does he not deserve compensation then? Combat related or not accidents still leave lifelong disabilities.
@DavidGriffinj@Schwalm5132 But Sean didn't hit the nail on the head. He's looking at a small subsect of veterans and applying it to the majority. If you have never served you have no idea what service members are subject to, you probably shouldn't be talking about it if you're not informed
@imtweetn@Schwalm5132 No he responded to the right person you just didn't understand. If you are injured at work and your employer is at fault, you SHOULD sue. It's not noble to NOT seek financial compensation. I implore anyone to seek compensation for damages done. military is a lot worse than civis.
@UrBaconMeCrzy@Schwalm5132 The problem is that's not quantifiable. While there may be merit to your point, that is not evidence. As it stands, there are less than 200 convictions of fraud per year per VA OIG. And they have been increasingly paying attention to fraud which is a good thing by the way!
@Elsiri32@SeanScott1118@SStricklandMMA Do you realize less than 1% of of disabled veterans are due to fraud? You're literally ignoring the other 99% that sacrificed, served and paid the price with their body
@Elsiri32@SeanScott1118@SStricklandMMA This guy blocked me ๐คฃ๐คฃ oh that's hilarious. VA OIG - less than 200 convicted fraud cases a year with 3 million veterans on benefits. That's statistical data. What's you're evidence bitch? Oh u blocked me coz u know ur the one full of shit...
@TheBetterPrime@SeanScott1118@SStricklandMMA I read it wrong then I thought you meant ones with placards, in that case yes they should not be doing that and should park where everyone else does. You got upset over nothing
@TheBetterPrime@SeanScott1118@SStricklandMMA You do realize the VA doesn't give out handicap placards Right? You have to submit your evidence to the state to be approved. And you don't get approved without clinical evidence, so what is your problem with those veterans?
