Heckler was speaking v quietly. I was about thirty feet away and hadn’t heard him. He is a Conservative member of the London Assembly and was muttering concerns about Stella sounding transphobic.

Sunak is hiding behind ‘precedent’ to allow the Johnson and Truss resignation honours lists to proceed. But precedent is just a practice you choose to continue until you decide to stop. He should have stopped them both. One is disgraced, the other crashed the economy.
