@uber just totally ripped me off. A driver charged me £71 for a 1.5minute wait time when I was actually waiting for him for 5 minutes! And he then stopped during the trip for 20 minutes to charge his car! Uber replied to my complaint saying they won’t refund the money. ILLEGAL!

@futureplc great that you produce The Week, a worldwide success, except that 7 times out of 10 it’s either 2 or 3 days late, or doesn’t arrive at all. The Week Junior is always on time, but the senior (?), not so much. And never a reason or apology.
