@GWRHelp could you explain why the barrier at platform 5 at Paddington let me through with my ticket , then the train manager stood on the platform didn’t check my ticket, I am now 10 mins for Bristol and been told I have the wrong ticket and need to buy a new one

@char1iewatts Totally agree . Was stood on the centre and counted 11 different buses in my eye line. Most had different numbers but were roughly going to the same place .

@CrossCountryUK Currently been stuck nearly 15 minutes stationary because apparently a very slow moving freight train is crossing in front of us. Why are slow moving trains like this allowed to disrupt services at peak times? Not happy as will miss my connection now

@sainsburys really disappointed I couldn’t take advantage of your £12 meal deal as you had no desserts left but plenty of mains and sides . Brought the food anyway without a dessert and cost me £18 not happy !
