One of my guys makes $100K a month selling AI to companies that clean streetlight lamps π
Another one closed a $10K AI overhaul for a paint manufacturer
U are fighting 10,000 kids over dentists and med spas. Heres how to find a niche with nobody in it:
1. Google "[niche] AI implementation." If u see like 3 competitors and theyre all trash, thats ur niche. Paint manufacturers, grease cleaners, chemical plants. Nobody is selling them shit
2. Talk to Claude for 1 hour about it. Pain points, why theyd buy, why they wouldnt, what theyd actually pay. 1 hour and u know more than the last 5 guys who cold called them
3. Start with 3 niches
- one u already know (ur first lead list is ur contacts)
- one backed by private equity. Mine is oil & gas. 35K a deal, 1 or 2 a month
- one that buys every day. Clinics, 1-5K a deal
4. Pull the list. Openmart, Apollo, Clay. Same leads overlap 50-75% so dont buy all 3
5. Every cold message answers 2 things. Why am I contacting u. Who am I
All 3 of my oil & gas deals over 35K started as a cold call. I have zero connects in oil. Im hella new money
Own 1% of a market nobody wants and ur doing a mil
If u think ur gonna make it without a degree in 2026 ur stupid
Zuck dropped out of HARVARD. Gates dropped out of HARVARD. U dropped out of community college to watch a balcony guru π
I did $241K last month. Im 25. Neuroscience degree
A degree is a 4 yr shit test. Boring shit u didnt pick, deadlines for a professor u hate, and u still finish, that's the SAME as biz
And chatGPT will take the test for u now, easiest its ever been
U still couldnt finish
Im balls deep in $SPCX
You got the richest mfer in the worlds ai project
+ rockets
+ data
You must be dense if ur not balls deep too
Few and early as fuck
Having an executive assistant is OP
In the last 24 hours:
- Organized a guest list for my mastermind
- Ordered a camera with flash (small under $500)
- Started upsell sequence for my b2c and b2b offer
Thats like 3 hours saved
And 20% of headspace saved
Most worth it hire so far
I'm working a $500,000 AI deal right now with a guy who owns about a dozen gyms
When it closes, it's the biggest AI deal I've ever done by far
Here's how a deal that size even happens, cuz I promise you I didn't do anything crazy
The intro came from a kid who works the FRONT DESK at one of the gyms, He told their back office guy about me and I got a call
I asked one thing: if you could snap your fingers and get AI implemented anywhere, what would it be? Then I shut up and let him share his screen
Bro it was dinosaur shit
- They pay around $100K a year PER LOCATION for the main software. Do that times a dozen
- The billing system and the CRM are owned by two companies that hate each other, so the data doesn't talk
- Sending one email about a yoga class = pull a report, export a CSV, upload it to Mailchimp
- Gyms open at 5am. The call center starts at 8. After hours nobody picks up
- 100,000+ members and they still keep a paper log they call the Bible lmao
Then I asked who's clicking the buttons. You run a Halloween promo, who writes the copy, who pulls the list, who looks at the data after?
I never said a number on that call. HE told me what the old software costs and said if we come in a little under that, it's a win if it works better
Then me and my dev sent two options
A) damn near an overhaul of everything. Website intake, custom CRM, AI outreach, AI on the phones after hours, attribution on top
B) only the biggest levers. The stuff that pushes revenue the fastest
Always send two. If A is too much they still have something to say yes to
I can't lie, I used to be more scared of a client doing 100K+ a month than one doing 10K. They can actually afford it, so I can actually lose it. I want these bigger clients now cuz I know I can serve them
If they wanna destroy every other gym in their city they better be cutting edge
NOBODY DOING IT LIKE ME
I slept in my car with a couple hundred dollars in the bank and took out a $12K loan to buy sales courses
I was on hella drugs. Lost my job, my girl and my apartment. My dad got diagnosed around the same time
Paid Cole gordon 8K and Jeremy miner like 3K. Anybody would tell you that's the dumbest thing a guy living in his car can do with a loan
Closed over 10 mil the next 3 years
I'm still a course demon. I'll buy any course, go to any mastermind, any conference. I do not give a FUCK
