Does anyone else have an issue with the way @Wix is handling their Premium Plan upgrades? I found out via email my annual subscription would automatically double in price if I didn't manually change it. Frustrating that they would make this change without clearer communication.

@Beaverbrooks They have replied and have not offered to repair or replace. They deemed it "accidental damage" and offered to get her an estimate for the repair. This is an absolute joke!! She spent £350 on the ring and has only been married a month.

@Beaverbrooks My daughter ordered wedding rings online from you & returned them next day as they didn't fit. @Beaverbrooks refused to refund stating rings had been worn. My daughter & her fiancé hadnt worn them, in fact they didn't get married until after rings were returned (ref WW15218328).
