We even have emails from the hotel to corroborate this, but I’m worried the longer we wait for a call back from customer services, the harder this will be to sort out. Meanwhile we’re still 80 Euros out of pocket. Very poor service.
@jet2tweets Very disappointed with the customer service we have received this year. We’re still waiting for a refund on a taxi we had to book because our transfer failed to collect us from the hotel to go to the airport…
We’ve since been told that the GPS from the coach company says they were there & so we can’t get a refund, despite the fact we were outside waiting 10 minutes before our pick-up time…
