Today we issued formal complaints to @airarabiagroup and @AJET_TR to drop @bookingcom as their partner Go to Gate are embezzling refund money from flight refunds.
How do we know this? We called the airlines at the same time as calling https://t.co/omdtuHs2CL where they lied.
Now 40 mins, call 28 over two weeks, @bookingcom

Phenomenal episode. The themes of testing ideas, starting small, and pushing through rejection landed hard for me because I lost everything in the UK, moved to the Middle East, and had to rebuild from zero. This one felt true @StevenBartlett!

@bookingcom Now called 9 times to change my flight, based on your advisement or I lose the flight. It's coming up to the 24 hour window and YOU ARE BLOCKING ME! I'm doing what you are asking - change flight. I'm here in the Middle East and you are doing nothing to help!

Told "Cannot refund your flight, you missed your flight" even though I was told it was a system problem @bookingcom side over two weeks ago.
All I'm trying to do is change my flight and get compensated for your mistake.

Told https://t.co/YZm7ypnKMt would reschedule my flight by an agent almost two weeks ago, due to the middle-east challenges.
Now being told I cannot be compensated by @bookingcom and its my fault!
