@RadarLanark I’ve seen people keep a few pieces of clothing in airtight bags so the smell remains. Some people find it comforting in the later stages of grief as I understand the familiar smell could be upsetting just now. May help to know there’s a few pieces there for when you’re ready.

@MrJohnNicolson @BBCWatchdog @OVOEnergy TLDR, I took OVO to the Ombudsman, they investigated my complaint, found I’d been overcharged, OVO reduced my balance by about £250 and then were made to credit me £150 for the horrendous service.

@MrJohnNicolson @BBCWatchdog @OVOEnergy 1/2 When SSE changed to OVO, I went from being in credit by around £145 to being in debit of almost £700. I contacted OVO who insisted it was correct and offered no help. I raised a complaint which eventually went to Ombudsman.

@MrJohnNicolson @BBCWatchdog @OVOEnergy 2/2 OVO insisted that I had been underpaying SSE and had recalculated my bill when I migrated. During the ombudsman investigation, OVO “discovered” that they had “accidentally” applied one of the debits they said I owed from being with SSE twice, massively inflating my balance.
