Hey @Carvana - My client bought a car from you on 8/1. The temp tag fell off. We contacted support on 8/4 and were told a new one would be issued within 48 hours. We followed up daily & were told today that no action has been taken on the request since 8/5.

@kurt13warner I recently did this for a client’s child. At the exact 2-week mark from your trip, call the national passport line (1-877-487-2778) & say you have a trip in 14 days & they’ll schedule you for an in-person appt before your trip where you’ll get it on the spot
