@TMThrustmaster I’m SO upset - placed an order for thrustmaster throttle quadrant on August 26th from your UK store... it was delayed and delayed which I get but today on the day due for delivery it gets CANCELLED!! Not delayed no communication as to why just cancelled...how?? 😔

@onepeloton Yes three days ago, I raised a support request and nothing since then...please do better than this, I’m actually sad that where many companies are struggling right now, taking 100pc of the money upfront is fine but with no customer service to back it up...??

@onepeloton wife excited as ordered her bike last week. Paid the £2.5k & waited for promised “comm about delivery date within 4 days”, not delivery just comm about the date. Never came, 45 mins on the support line, no answer, posted an email, no reply, 10 days on and nothing :(
