In Ryan Poles eyes, he saw that Justin Fields was built to suffer until Poles could draft the QB he wanted.

Justin Fields was given a practice squad and late round pick broken offensive line

Justin Fields was given a defense with Roquan Smith, Khalil Mack, and Akiem Hicks removed

Justin Fields was given one of the worst group of coaches in NFL history with Matt Eberflus and Luke Getsy

We never witnessed what Justin Fields truly is, and its a possibility the Chicago Bears stunted his career as a whole

He is not a runningback...

All Justin Fields needed was a coach, scheme, and talent around him.

He needs an offensive minded coach that will free him and support him.
