Over the past few years, I’ve seen how talented Nigerian students and young professionals struggle to get real opportunities not because they’re not capable, but because they lack access, visibility, and credible experience.
That’s why we're building INSPR.
AI is the best thing to happen to junior engineers.
And the worst thing to happen to junior engineers who don't understand what it generates.
The gap between those two just became the entire career.
We haven't launched INSPR yet, but the model is already working.
Here's a quick back story for our first match over a month ago.
A UK dental SaaS company needed a backend engineer fast. Three completed frontends, no backend, a 2-week deadline, and sensitive patient data.
Our role didn't end at the introduction, we stayed involved with task oversight, milestone tracking, and client check-ins throughout the engagement.
The client didn't just trust a developer. They trusted the process.
That's what we're building at INSPR: not just talent matching
4 pictures, 3 words; GROWTH, GRIT, PURPOSE.
Earlier this month I was opportuned to attend a wonderful conference, The Forge Conference' 26.
What a wonderful time I had learning from the speakers, @The_olushola and Engr. Kanmi.
This Saturday we're hosting a free webinar for anyone trying to build a real career in tech.
"Learn Concepts, Not Just Tools" with Okiri Gabriel @OkiriGabriel, Senior DevOps & Cloud Security Engineer

One thing we’re paying close attention to at INSPR is this:
talent development goes beyond technical skills.
Over the weekend, we hosted a short live communication-focused trivia session within our growing community, and the response reinforced something important:
Young talent thrives when given the right environment to engage, think, communicate, and grow.
As we continue building INSPR, our focus isn’t just on connecting people to opportunities, it’s on helping shape more prepared, confident, and work-ready talent for the modern workforce.
This is how stronger talent pipelines are built: through consistency, engagement, and practical exposure.

Most platforms find you talent.
None tell you how they show up.
INSPR does.
Every student is verified, assessed, culture-trained, and rated by real employers before you ever hire them.
Tier system. Culture Score. Real track record.
The problem was never a shortage of Nigerian talent.
It was always a shortage of infrastructure to verify it.
INSPR is that infrastructure.

we are quick to welcome the unbeliever, but very quick to distance ourselves from the believer who is struggling. winning souls is important, but retaining souls matters too.
Had a conversation with a friend about AI and apps yesterday.
She said:
“Wow… how do you know all of this?”
On X, I always feel behind.
Like everyone knows more.
Builds faster.
Markets better.
Like there’s no room left.
Then you step outside the bubble…
Talk to normal people…
And realize:
You’re not behind.
You’re actually way ahead.
Keep going. You’re doing better than you think.
We shared a sneak peek of what we’ve been building at INSPR with our early community earlier this week.
Still early, but it’s glad to see things come together.
Real feedback is already shaping how we build.
One step at a time.
