@DHLPaket The driver had turn down the pick up of the damaged items again today, and dx is highly unprofessional @DHLPaket I dont know if the message was not properly communicatd to the drivers before coming or You choose not to do the needful. My official duties had bn on hold as a result
@DHLPaket I am amazed at the level of unprofessionalism in your policies or these are rule by an individual staff. You don't feel remorse for misplacing my item rather you want me to pay to resend it. @dhl should be responsible for this and accept its a service Failure.
@DHLPaket If the sender is to resend it, who will be responsible for the cost of sending it? DHL lost a whole box that was supposed to be delivered and after finding it you returned back to the sender and you asking me to pay another money to resend it. that must be a Joke. I am amazed
