@GTWScar@RegenceOregon@BCBSAssociation As someone recently diagnosed with incurable, stage 4 cancer, it is hard knowing I will have to work for as long as I can to keep my treatment going, which is extending my life. If I stop, I lose my only insurance coverage. In many countries I could retire 3.5 years early.
@aureylian I had one too. When he exited, I didn't fight it since it wasn't really helping. Instead, I read the textbook and assignments to him at night for his honors classes. His coping skills got him through college on his own.
@CMDTower I immediately thought of the old card catalog drawers/cabinets in libraries. They should be available second-hand since libraries went digital. They aren't portable though.
@yuhline When I had a new baby, a group of my Mom's friends threw a shower with all 12-month and toddler sizes. I was so grateful later when my son outgrew all the small sizes so quickly.
