In 1983, the CIA quietly declassified a 29-page document written by Lieutenant Colonel Wayne McDonnell for U.S. Army Intelligence. Its conclusion 16 years before The Matrix was that reality is a hologram, and consciousness can control it.

Page 25 was missing for decades. It explained how.

Here's what the document actually said.

1. THE UNIVERSE IS NOT SOLID

Citing Stanford neuroscientist Karl Pribram and physicist David Bohm, the report concluded matter does not exist. What looks solid is oscillating energy vibrating at extraordinary speeds. You are a smaller hologram inside a larger one and smaller holograms can communicate with the whole.

2. THE STATE CALLED "THE ABSOLUTE"

Human consciousness, at a high enough state, transcends time and space. Past, present, future collapse into one field. The one barrier is fear of death. When it dissolves, consciousness separates from the body — and the individual realizes what every mystic already knew: the body is only the vessel.

3. THE MECHANISM CALLED "PATTERNING"

In expanded awareness, hold a clear perception of the desired outcome and project it into the field not as a wish, but as an already established reality. The thought creates a hologram that interacts with the universal hologram. The simulation responds to what is projected into it with clarity.

4. THE 5-STEP PROTOCOL

→ Silence the left brain (binaural audio, body near sleep, mind alert)

→ Build the energy balloon (energy circulating, body coherent with Earth's 7-7.5 Hz field)

→ Expand awareness beyond the body

→ Project the pattern (hold the outcome as already real)

→ Release. Answers arrive through sudden knowing over the following days

Investigative journalist Tom O’Neill has described a private conversation with a senior congressional staffer who claimed the United States possesses recovered non-human craft and biological remains: the staffer characterized the classified material reviewed inside SCIFs as “terrifying.” 👽😱🤯

O’Neill, who said he had remained deliberately agnostic on the subject, was told: “If you knew what we knew, you wouldn’t be agnostic.” The staffer continued: “I go in, and I see what they see, and it’s terrifying.”

According to O’Neill, the same individual stated that the United States held “recovered crafts and recovered beings” and that insights drawn from the recovered technology were being applied to capabilities conventional human-made aircraft cannot match.

The staffer further described the classified briefings as “psychologically disturbing.” Personnel who entered the SCIFs sometimes experienced nightmares because of what they learned. Earlier reporting indicated that classified UAP briefings and videos had “altered the lives of those involved,” and that staffers granted that access “had been provided with psychological support to help them cope.”

Matthew Brown has characterized the personal impact as “frankly it’s somewhat psychologically devastating.”

Jeff Nuccetelli said of the same information: “it changed everything, psychologically, intellectually, spiritually on every fundamental level.”

The experience is frequently discussed as ontological shock: the moment an encounter so thoroughly contradicts a person’s existing worldview that they begin to wonder: “Am I going crazy?”

Their testimony, already featured in the updated Moment of Contact documentary, includes a neurosurgeon’s account of direct contact with a living non-human intelligence at a Brazilian hospital.

The combination of Kean’s reporting and the planned congressional briefings marks one of the most concrete steps yet toward public examination of a crash retrieval that has been investigated for three decades.

Matthew Brown made one of his more consequential statements during yesterday’s AMA with Leslie Kean and Jeff Nuccetelli.

Brown said that, over the longer term, he has become increasingly concerned about the intentions of some alleged non-human intelligence.

In the same manner in which I view the Phenomenon, Brown does not treat NHI as a single intelligence operating with a uniform agenda. Instead, he suggests that we may be dealing with different groups whose intentions could vary considerably.

He points toward an uncomfortable question: if some form of NHI has maintained a prolonged presence here, why does its relationship with humanity remain largely covert?

Brown references alleged interactions with human leadership alongside the experiencer and abduction literature, where reported encounters range from profoundly positive to invasive, traumatic and explicitly unwanted.

If multiple groups of NHI are interacting with humanity, there is no reason to assume they share the same objectives, or that those objectives necessarily align with ours.

The conversation in time will move to asking a considerably more difficult question than what is typically being asked now:

Matthew Brown is now publicly asking President Trump for immunity, saying it would allow him to reveal significantly more about what he claims to know regarding the UFO issue.

Brown has already made extraordinary allegations publicly. If immunity is genuinely the barrier preventing him from going further, the obvious question is: what exactly has he still been unable to say?
