Nobody regrets not taking it... But instead of doing the "I told you so" routine (as tempting as it is) I think it's better we encourage everybody to reflect and LEARN from that bizarre time period.

I feel no animosity towards anybody who was misled or lacked the fortitude to say "no" when they really didn't want it. May you find the strength next time you are tested. And you will be.

For the millions who turned against their friends, family, neighbours, and supported stripping other people's human rights and dignity for not getting injected - Without repentance, I and many others will keep you at arm's length. Your inner tyrant has been revealed and we know it can be reactivated as soon as you're scared again. Can't fully trust you.

You should never force a medication into someone's body no matter how 'for' it you are. Believing that doesn't make you an 'antivaxxer' or whatever other dumb label people fling around.

All that said, everybody be healthy.

Today's my sister's birthday.

But she's not here anymore.

She committed suicide in 2012.

This photo was taken in 2010 after she moved back to Miami. I took her to a client's birthday party on a yacht in Miami Beach.

While I struggled a bit at this time in my life, I had no idea that the big struggle would come just 2 years later.

I always thought we'd grow old together. And that she'd have kids before me and I'd get to be Uncle Ted to her children haha

Unfortunately, it was never to be.

She had been fighting her own internal battles.

If you know our family's story, then that's not a surprise to hear.

One of my biggest regrets was that I wasn't in a better place mentally and financially to help her. I was so lost in my own issues that when she started having hers, I couldn't step up like I wanted.

It's this thought of "What if?" that fills me with purpose so that others won't have to suffer like my family suffered.

My question to you is this:

How well are you taking care of your physical and mental health?

Why?

Life will throw you curve balls that you'll never see coming.

The people you love will suffer.
The people you love will get sick.
The people you love will die.

I've learned that the best thing you can do to support the people you love is to become the best version of yourself.

Strength inside and out.

Healthy inside and out.

Unfortunately, the health of Americans is at an all-time low.

That means that you or someone you care about is at risk for mental illness and even suicide.

It's time to do better.

And if someone you love is struggling with their mental health, take it seriously.

Anxiety, Depression and trauma aren't things that you can just "get over" or forget.

We now know that our mood and mental illness are directly related to the health of our brain and body.

Hire experts and do everything you can to support them.

Or they might not make it.
