Chris Christie did an amazing job tonight on the CNN Townhall. I find it interesting that President Trump actually created the lane for Governor Christie. People wanted to see Trump a certain way but ultimately he is corrupt. We are hungry for straight talk and common sense and for a unification. The governor delivered all of those things tonight and more. As he brings his case to the American people, he will continue to add all Americans creating a very big tent. This is something that we are actually yearning for and I believe if they listen carefully he will be their choice to be the next President.

Spend all your time identifying demand or all your money creating it.

Mediocre product in a starving market is much easier to build around than an exceptional product in a satisfied market.

Lowest-hanging fruit in demand:

• Anything that positively impacts revenue immediately (more clients, customers — better conversion, margin)
• Services that fall into the “dirty jobs” category (tasks no one wants to do)

Tougher fruit to reach, but rewarding:

• Niche services in high consideration decisions (lot of $$ involved)
• Improving efficiency in turtle industries (that move painfully slow)

Think there’s a lot of sense in spending a disproportionate amount of time uncovering demand.

5x as much as you think.

Forget the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd market that comes to mind. Often, the best opportunities are the 17th, 18th, 19th markets that no one ever reaches because everyone is building the first one that comes to mind.

Trump-endorsed Republicans won 94 percent (!) of their primaries so far. So yeah, he's in charge of the GOP.

But there's a better way to think about this: a sort of symbiotic relationship between Trump and the voters.
