@WOSUAllSides Stores like Buc-ee's, Sheetz and Wawa are really a different subset of stores compared to a typical 5,000 square foot c-store. Foodservice is their focus which is atypical of the 150,000 or so national stores.

@WOSUAllSides I am a foodservice consultant and curious if foodservice is viable due to poor perceptions of “gas stations.” Are younger generations accepting food at these venues more than previous ones? Why? I’m also curious of waste tolerance figures for prepared foods.
