Disappointed with response from @easyJet my snowboard bag was damaged in transit. Apparently, if it still “holds contents” and functions, visible damage doesn’t matter. Customers should expect their belongings returned in the same condition they were handed over #CustomerService

@Halfords_uk if the discs warped after fitting and especially if an Audi approved Machanic has indicated poor workmanship, then I belief I have every ground to challenge.

With reasonable care and skill
The parts are fit for purpose
And to a satisfactory standard

Customers rely on professional workmanship when it comes to braking systems. This experience has been extremely disappointing.

Brake discs fitted by @Halfords have now warped, causing vibration and safety concerns.

After having to have them replaced by an Audi machanic to raise the issue, I was advised they would not take responsibility.

What is it with @RoyalMailHelp twice the delivery driver has driven off, even when I’ve waved at him to say I’m opening the gate. Multiple attempts on the app (useless) and 10 times I’ve got this. Your workforce are amazing but communication is NOT your best asset. #royalmail

@tvprp would you be prepared to release a freedom of information request on how many motorists were prosecuted last year for driving in the middle lane of the M40, contravention of the RTA? That’s within your constabulary.

However there’s a camera van on an overpass recording in most cases a 10 mph increase. A road without junctions for miles, who is the risk?
