@HSBC_UK What is happening? Even my rewards points have been zero’s? Was HSBC hacked? Are we at risk? I feel we all need more than ‘engineers are working on it’ - Com’on HSBC try and show some respect for your customers. Banking doesn’t need to be seen in a bad light.

@HSBC_UK Well HSBCs digital banking freeze over Black Friday has literally cost me £3200 in savings. So, in short money HSBC wouldn’t release. According to my lawyer, that’s an Asian experiment in transaction evasion which only benefits the bank. They think this isn’t legal.
