If you default on a loan and you gave your land as security, the bank/lender must issue these notices before selling your land:
1. 90-day Statutory Notice of Default โ If you remedy the default, they cannot sell.
2. 40-day Notice to Sell โ They notify you they intend to sell if you donโt rectify.
3. 45-day Redemption Notice โ You still have a chance to comply and save your land.
4. Advertisement โ If you donโt redeem, your land must be advertised in a newspaper of nationwide circulation and after 14 days the auctioneer may sell.
Banks canโt just wake up and sell your land because you missed a loan payment.
Whether it is Mbeere-North or Ol Kalau, these wins feel hollow. June 25th 2024 signaled a break with the past. It cannot come from the same electoral bribery, violence and IEBC shrugging its shoulders. These are down payments for a collective life that is expensive and unjust for so many. A year and some change remains for ๐ฐ๐ช to decide what these down payments will buy: a new Kenya or the same one with a new receipt.
The outcome of 2007/2008 PEV is unbelievable b/c despite 1100+ innocent Kenyans being killed & 600000 others displaced;
-2 ICC suspects became Presidents.
-The Vice chair the of KNCHR who documented these murders is now the SG to the ICC suspect party.
- All witnesses died mysteriously. No investigations done
- The ICC witness is now working for an ICC suspect as his head of DCI
When the same police were killing Gen Zs, they kept quiet.
I said that sooner or later, those guns will be pointed at them.
Anarchy eats its own.
It's time people realize the danger we face in this lawlessness era.
Is it that Directline insure so many vehicles ama is it that they are sinking? Because the number of declaratory suits I saw listed in just one court today should be alarming. Trident ilizama tu hivyo na pesa zetu.

This is not merely an assault on an individual, no, it is a chilling indictment of a system that allows enforced disappearances, torture, and extrajudicial abuse to flourish with impunity. After days of denials and unanswered questions about his whereabouts, Davis has emerged bearing the physical evidence of the violence inflicted upon him.
Those responsible for his abduction, torture, and illegal detention must be identified and held accountable. The Kenyan public deserves answers: Who took Davis? Where was he held? Who ordered his torture? Why was he abandoned and left for dead?
We will not accept silence, cover-ups, or excuses. An injury to one is an injury to all. The struggle for justice continues until every perpetrator is brought to account and until enforced disappearances and torture become a thing of the past.
Guys please @ntsa_kenya stop wasting everyoneโs time (including yours) with this inspection thing. Cars are already inspected for insurance purposes every year. Just use that one. If there are additional parameters you want, specify them there. How many man hours will that save?
Cmon guys.
A casual search says there are 5 million registered vehicles as of 2024, which means the real number is higher.
If you did nothing else and inspected them for 24 hours a day, assuming one center per county, that would take 5 minutes per car.
Do you have this capacity?
Just heard that three other colleagues have been dumped by a roadside and are presently being rushed to hospital.
This leaves one person, Davis Lichuma, still missing. Letโs keep up with the pressure until all are found.
