Martin Jarmond has the chance to do the funniest thing ever

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

And after all that, Mac Jones has as many wins as the 49ers starter as Trey Lance

Twitter’s joke of the day - “I didn’t know Nico Harrison was running the cowboys too”

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

I also prefer to sign with a playoff contender

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

Former Giants QB Daniel Jones officially cleared waivers today and is now an unrestricted free agent, per source.

Jones prefers to sign with a playoff contender, and potential destinations include Baltimore and Minnesota.

George Kittle paying for Iowa’s loss to UCLA. #49ers

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

Would they trade in division?

[Nick Wagoner @nwagoner]

Unfathomable that this is possible in the year 2024.

Kyle Shanahan decided it’s easier to just score from outside the redzone

Turns on UCLA Football game

Me “How weird, UCLA playing Indiana in conference play”

Looks at the score

“Well at least that feels familiar”

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

With how good the 49ers looked with Mason, resting CMC as far into the season as it takes to get him healthy is the correct move.

I’d rather have a wild card seed and CMC in the Playoffs than a buy and an injured CMC

[David Lombardi @LombardiHimself]

Even if 49ers have to shut Christian McCaffrey down for a relatively prolonged period, they stand to benefit from a fresh CMC down the stretch and into the playoffs — when it really matters.

They have the luxury of being able to take this approach because their roster is so good

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

Imagine if UCLA had a defensive coordinator who could put together a defense like that. They’d never let him get away

[Daniel Jeremiah @MoveTheSticks]

That’s the best tackling performance from a USC defense in a long time. Effort was outstanding too.

[Javier Vega @JavierVeg_]

Niners might trade 11 or 19

[New York Jets @nyjets]

Thank you, @ZachWilson 🙏

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

George Kittle’s obviously a steal but I feel like the 49ers got someone pretty late in the draft who turned out to be more relevant than people expected? His name eludes me though….

[PFF @PFF]

Who is your team's biggest draft steal ever?

[Timmy Gibson @timmygibson13]

Anyone in my small corner of Niners Twitter know someone looking for 49er and/or NFL bloggers?

I’ve got a few years of experience writing and podcasting under my belt and would love to get back into the swing of things.

[Rodger Sherman @rodger]

You heard it here first: Taylor Swift is interviewing for the UCLA job

[Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter]

Former 49ers’ QB and current ESPN analyst Alex Smith on Postseason NFL Countdown regarding 49ers’ QB Brock Purdy: “As the unofficial President of the Game Manager’s Club, he’s not allowed in.”
