@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 I wonder how many times you are going to tell me to focus on my own team before you grasp the irony of you replying to the original tweet about Scotland with a fact about England? ๐
@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 Yes, every single one of your increasingly irate replies definitely conveys how much you aren't bothered.
Make sure you bookmark this for when we do go out on pens. That way you can have the last laugh - which is only fair as we ALWAYS get the first one ๐๐๐ผ
@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 Hahahaha you're genuinely fuming because deep down you know getting out of the groups actually would be an achievement for a nation of your footballing pedigree ๐
You don't get to do a "not arsed" routine when this is how you celebrated qualifying ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 13 attempts and never actually managed it suggests that it would, in fact, be a HUGE achievement for plucky little Scotland.
Still, at least your "never gone out on penalties" record is still in tact, eh? And chances are it won't be troubled any time soon either ๐
@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 ๐๐๐ of course, yeah. You didn't even want to qualify anyway, did you? Just happy to be involved! And you definitely weren't endlessly checking permutations that might keep you in the 3rd place "best losers" table were you? At least you didn't finish rock bottom of that ๐๐๐
@Evan_Justin_@edward_w97 Yeah, it's less than ideal... Tough to take, but it does make it all the sweeter when you win one though!
Maybe one day you'll get to the stage in a tournament where penalties come into play - what an exciting experience that would be for you all!
@ian4downton@tonyvaughanMP Presumably every single journey you've made during the two heatwaves we've had in the past month, you've taken enough emergency supplies to last 8+ hours, have you?
Yeah, thought not.
Specky know-it-all pr!ck.
@Broseph_M@jason1551@FootballInT80s And from there you can very well argue that DOES have potential to have an impact on fixtures played at a later date.
@Broseph_M@jason1551@FootballInT80s You can flip that exact argument on its head and say that it's more unfair to have hydration/tactical breaks in games where the heat isn't such a factor. Players playing in less physically demanding conditions are having the benefit of breaks they don't really need.
@griffmeister255@henrywinter Have seen this argument made elsewhere, and it's both lazy and illogical; the whole point of a temp. threshold is that the need for (and therefore benefit of) extra fluid is directly linked to the playing conditions. Thus if not met there is no benefit to miss out on.
Is it any wonder that the country is in such a fine mess, when this is the epitome of boomer financial advice.
The single most influential voting demographic of the past 30 years are all as thick as absolute pig shit. What a pickle we're in...
I've got a friend whose son didn't go to university. He went from school at 18 straight into a junior position in a sports club.
He's 22 now and in a supervisory role in the sports club. He does as much overtime as he can, often brings home ยฃ2,700 a month now, gives my friend ยฃ400 a month 'keep' and has saved ยฃ30,000 in this time as a deposit for a house.
Moral of this story. Unless you want to be a doctor, lawyer or other professional, don't bother with university. Work long hours, don't waste your money and you too can buy a house on your own when you're still young. And give your mum some help too.
21ยฐC in San Francisco currently and Matterface is telling us all how absolutely necessary the hydration break is "in these conditions".
Disgusting worthless shill.
You can only pick one player from Englandโs 2006 World Cup squad and place him in the current team. ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ
Who are you picking? ๐ค
Baseado nesse jogo 82-0 da NBA criei um joguinho de draft das Copas do Mundo. Se puderem testar e dar um feedback eu agradeรงo.

PO9 is the postcode for Havant...
As in, Rovers havant got a hope of getting 20+ games a season out of "PO9"
Wish him nothing but the best, but if we are serious about a title chase next season then he's a luxury we can't afford.
๐ช Evans has demanded he get himself back, but like with everyone else heโs probably made Prom feel 10ft tall - as the phrase goes.
Got to feel for him the season heโs had after the excitement around him being fit last summer. But ultimately, a fully fit Prom is an exceptional asset.
The one profile Iโve said for a little while Rovers desperately need is a LW that can play up front - so it suits both formations. And PO9 fits that brilliantly if he can have another solid summer and stake his claim.
Canโt get too ahead after this cameo, but Iโve never overly liked the idea of offloading him personally, as a fully fit Omochere is SUCH an asset. #UTG ๐
