1-Liquidity: The U.S. dollar is the most liquid currency in the world.
2-Stability: The U.S. economy and financial system are relatively stable compared to other countries.
3-Network effects and less volatile, is widely accepted and readily available.
@1MarkMoss Bitcoin is much more volatile than gold, making it a riskier investment than gold. I am still choosing useless shiny gold metal over Bitcoin.
