The Sarah Lawrence cult documentary on Hulu is really well done.
It doesn't try to stretch itself out to 6 episodes for no reason. It's three very full hours of good journalism, and shockingly un-hammy or sensational for something on a streaming service. Really recommend it.

Obviously this. I don’t understand how this was even a controversial statement, but of course meatless cooking would be better if the the world’s culinary talent focused on it rather than cooking meat.
