@terencetobin Taxable income needs to be R6072209.62 to be paying an effective rate of 42.4%. Obviously if this was additional income you'd only really care about the tax bracket rather than the effective rate.

@MarcJBrooker What I’ve also found important to do with circuit breakers is to only start enforcing them when your service starts running low on a constrained resource (memory, threads etc.)

@MarcJBrooker Seems to me that the router needs a per shard circuit breaker. It doesn’t need to know how a request gets routed to a shard, just that each shard has its own circuit breaker.
