One last thing on anti-social behaviour: criminalising things just because people find them annoying or scary, regardless of actual risk or harm posed, is bad policy.

I bet a majority of people would support banning loud music being played in cars. Doesn't mean we should do it!

@MBleargh @lux_banana @AyoCaesar Also expected to tip in a wider variety of hospitality settings in the U.S. Most wouldn't routinely tip in a pub in the UK (though still nice to do it!) same with certain food venues. Really just restaurants.
