@tomasmcguinness What did work in the end was soldering an off cut resistor leg to the pad on the esp, poking it through and soldering it.

@tomasmcguinness Oh OSH Park didn't mill out the edges of the vias either. When I did mine I just lined up a through-hole in the right spot and tried to flow solder down to the pads. It didn't work very well either.

@SamCrossJourno I think that the pixel watch 2 deal on Amazon is the original Pixel Watch, not the 2. The product page doesn't say "2" anywhere on it except for a banner under "more from this brand"

@MartinSLewis I bought a car in 2016 (on I think CPC) because the dealer took £2k off the selling price. I then paid off finance a couple of weeks later. I don't feel like they should owe me anything given that arrangement saved me money. Am I likely to be eligible?
