@AskPlayStation Error code WS-116449-5 keeps popping up every 30min since the recent update on my PS5 Pro. I'm playing a single player game, GoT. I've tried restarting, signing out, changing internet connections, nothing works. Can you please look into a hot fix update?

@discord_support I was hacked today and the hacker spammed @ everyone in every chat of every community I was in. I was of course banned and blocked by all of these communities and many people. Can you please undo this? I sent a message with further details.
@AskPlayStation The HDMI device link settings are borderline unusable. If they are on at all, every time you turn on the TV, the PS5 also turns on. NO ONE wants this. We just want to be able to turn on our TV when we turn on our PS5. This used to work. Works on all other systems.
