@LakmeSalon do stylists even get trained on types of haircuts? Paid for layers and got a short U cut suitable for a school kid. Absolutely horrible experience and now I have international travel with this ruined hair cut. A local salon would have done the same for 1/3rd d cost.

@AetnaHelp I called the tech support number, spent time explaining that no providers are being displayed on search and after spending all that time explaining I was transferred abruptly to corp office. On chat also the support team member is unable to search providers

@Aetna provider search online has not been working and reps don’t have a timeline on when it will work. Please look into the fix
