God doesn’t define you by your mistakes; He refines you by your mistakes. He uses the failures, the times we blow it, the times we go the wrong way, to do a work in us.

Whatever has happened to @StanbicIBTC customer care service is so bad and sad to experience. I used to market their products like they were paying me. I don't think I can bear their incompetence anymore☹️

[Joel Osteen @JoelOsteen]

Psalm 1 says, “If we'll meditate on God's Word day and night, we'll be like a tree planted along the riverbank, bearing fresh fruit every month, never dropping a leaf, always in blossom.” God designed us to always be in blossom. In every season, you can bear fruit. Your leaf shall not wither.

[Joel Osteen @JoelOsteen]

The enemy is trying to plant lies, doubts, and fears, hoping that you’ll give them a place in your mind. Clear out those negative thoughts. Get those intruders out of your mind. Put some new tenants in: faith, hope, and victory.

Do you know what your blood pressure number means?

Follow this guide:
Below 120/80 → generally considered normal.
120–129 / below 80 → slightly raised. Time to pay attention.
130/80 or higher → could mean high blood pressure.
180/120 or higher → this is an emergency. Seek medical attention.

Many people feel completely fine when they have high blood pressure. So e no deh show for face.

When last did you check yours?
