Andrew Wilson (@paleochristcon) says exactly what those of us who have been defending Erika Kirk’s plight have been saying from the beginning.

When people criticize women for prioritizing jobs and careers before their families, they are not talking about women who are subject to tragic events that upend their lives entirely.

Erika Kirk did not “choose” to become a “girl boss” any more than she “chose” to have her husband and the father of her children, Charlie Kirk, taken from her in the blink of an eye in broad daylight in front of God and man.

The idea that Erika Kirk should then immediately transition to some stay-at-home mother goes out the window when you factor in unforeseeable events like the brutal assassination of her children’s father.

Even Andrew Wilson—who is very critical of the “girl boss archetype”—understands this very obvious distinction between the two circumstances.

So even if Candace Owens and her cultists have criticisms of certain ways Erika has conducted herself or what she’s done with TPUSA (FWIW, I don’t see any significant changes that she’s done that betrays her husband’s vision for the organization at all) your sympathy for her situation should override your criticisms because of what she’s suffered at the hands of Tyler Robinson.

So all you evil dipshits who criticize Erika Kirk for not conforming to what you think she should do or how she should grieve can get bent.

If those claims are credible, she should defend them.

Instead, she appears to want a debate limited to the Tyler Robinson case while keeping her own theories off-limits.

That misses the point.

Candace and her audience are skeptical of the official narrative.

That’s fine.

Questioning powerful institutions is healthy, and everyone should demand transparency.

But the same standard has to apply to the people asking the questions.

You cannot demand rigorous scrutiny of the official story while shielding your own theories from the same scrutiny.

If the evidence supports your claims, defend them.

If it doesn’t, acknowledge that so everyone can move closer to the truth.

Don’t be another Stew Peters: spend months making explosive claims, then refuse to answer questions about them when finally challenged.

Most people only want this debate because Candace spent 10 months promoting these claims to millions of people.

Even her own audience would want to see her defend the claims they’ve been repeating.

Nobody wants a debate where Candace won’t defend her own claims and @paleochristcon isn’t allowed to question the questioner.

Jihadi Al-Arian was the University of South Florida professor who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide services to Palestinian Islamic Jihad, the State Department-designated terrorist group behind suicide bombings.

🚨#BREAKING: I can confirm that the man arrested this week for violent street attacks on a woman in Charlotte was FREE BECAUSE OF A PLEA DEAL IN MARCH.

Diquan Shafar Hunt was arrested in December 2025 for Assault with a Deadly Weapon and three other charges.

On March 18, 2026, he took a plea from Judge Joseph Setzer Jr.

Guilty to two charges.
Two dismissed.
Sentence: just 89 days in prison

He walked out that same day.

Just 4 months later, he begins filming himself beating women on the streets of Charlotte NC.

Diquan had been arrested 14 previous times including for multiple assault on women charges, domestic violence charges, breaking and entering, and resisting arrest.
