I interviewed a young woman, fresh out of college. She had that sing-song voice we used to refer to as valley girl. She had done a project in college that directly paralleled our need.
After the interview, I turned to the hiring manager.
"What do you think?" I asked.
"Did you HEAR her?" he said. "What could she know?"
He had heard the accent and dismissed her out of hand.
"Did you understand her?" I asked.
He admitted that he did not understand what she had told us about her project.
I understood what her project was all about, and she was one of the smartest software engineers I've met. I hired her immediately, didn't even interview any more candidates after that.
Best hire I ever made in my career.

Agree 100%. @PeoplesReserve why have a token when you can just adjust interest rate levels based on LTV?!

Major red flag, I agree. This token alone is making me rethink the use of People’s Reserve. Unfortunately, not much else in market that offers anything similar yet.

Too bad they’ve tarnished their reputation with a “utility token.”

Smartest thing for People’s Reserve would be to sell PRN and buy bitcoin with it for themselves. Ridiculous that a bitcoin OG is releasing a product with a token. There will have to be very, very good logic behind it!
