Free Flow is now enabled by default, so students don't have to wait around for the mentor to check their work. The mentor also now sees when code has been updated, so the student isn't left alone (even when too afraid to ask for assistance).

Finally! Tinkr now explains what the commands actually do. Even symbols are explained. Underlined terms take you to MDN to read the docs, since reading documentation is a core developer skill. Getting closer to a real learning platform now!

Finally, Tinkr shows the JavaScript console right next to the editor. This was not easy to implement. Expect bugs (and report them). Now beginners wont miss obvious problems in their code.

Bug fix. When two people were chatting, one pressing Enter made other persons text disappear. Also typo "progres" -> "progress".

- Coach view. So I can find all the students in one place. Apparently there's 70 projects in Tinkr. Not completed, most are just demos.
- Fixed a bug where there's a rogue <p> messing with selectors.
