@TshongogweNhali@emmanuelmapamba@thisischigz@CrimeWatchZW I totally understand when you call them both PAYE because they are,but when talking of “tax methods” FdS and non FdS are different. They treat regular and irregular earnings differently. ask someone who uploads the taxes onto a portal like TARMS
@TshongogweNhali@emmanuelmapamba@thisischigz@CrimeWatchZW Based on the new Tarms setup only those employed or expected to be employed for a full tax year used FDS, if you are contract or even fulltime but with possible termination during course of a tax year you are regarded as non FDs,
payroll wise, two tax methods will differ
@TaTaWeMaramba@CrimeWatchZW If you work including weekends unotoita 240hrs a month if you work an average of 8 hrs a day. But considering hauzoshande all weekends 219 is possible if you work some weekends
@emmanuelmapamba@TshongogweNhali@thisischigz@CrimeWatchZW Zimra tax bands allow for tax calculations annually if using FDS tax method that is correct, but you can also calculate monthly or weekly using NonFDS commonly known as (PAYE). The table is there on their website. It’s not just annually
