Rest in peace, John Roberts, who died recently.
John wrote Everton's centenary history in 1978 - the first important Club history publication since Thomas Keats' 50th anniversary book in 1929.
Whenever I’m having a good day because Everton won I also check in on Marseille, see Neal Maupay was subbed at half-time having failed to score again, and smile 🙂
Hi @premierleague I'm sure it was just an oversight that you accidentally on purpose left one thing out. So here it is, I've fixed it for you. Any time.

THREAD: Energy Bill Support Grant. I have just been notified that I will get £67 a month off my energy bills under the govt scheme. For enormous numbers of people this support will be absolutely vital. But it won't be vital for everyone, and that includes me. (PLS RT) 1/
I love this story because it reminds me that one person can make a difference.
In 1979, Jadav Payeng began planting a tree every day for 37 years — results are stunning
We are shocked and appaled at the photos of @LFC fans openly mocking the victims of the Heysel disaster during the latest Merseyside derby.
Even 37 years on, there are members of this club's supporters that will act in such appalling and disgusting ways. #LFC#Heysel#JFT39
Be honest…who had already left the ground by the time Everton scored two stoppage time goals to get a 3-3 draw with Man United on this day eleven years ago. Moyes went berserk when Martin Atkinson blew the full-time whistle with Everton on the attack looking for a fourth!
Today was all about you. Those reunited with us at Goodison, but sadly also those that couldn't be there who we have lost over the course of the pandemic.
RIP Blues. 💙
We've lost far, far too many Evertonians over the course of the pandemic.
We wish they could all be here with us today.
RIP Blues. 💙 https://t.co/TsqUb3zC2d
