@TalkTalk hi I was in a message trail with Sbo on your Twitter feed from 9.15 he has said he was in the account but has since disappeared with no customer service replies . I have had intermittent broadband for 12 days please can this be urgently reviewed and repaired!

How can you contact British airways exec club ? I’ve been holding 2 hours for 2 days . Managed to get through to the line where you have to pay for tickets and don’t use avios straight away ! but they would not take my call ! Poor service !

@IKEAUK having horrendous customer service issues with IKEA Wembley have been promised delivery 3 times with texts and emails confirming but then no delivery ! Customer services kept waiting for up to an hour! How do you get to speak to someone who can actually resolve ?

@eventim_uk very disappointing customer service when you lose £30 in “booking and admin fees” when requesting refund for the Sister act event which has now been delayed twice and now rescheduled without Whoopi Goldberg! why does this promoter feel it is ok to keep my money ?
