OC DONATES PPE TO FRONTLINE WORKERS |

Last week, Royal Oldham Hospital asked for donations of personal protective equipment (PPE)

So far we've sent glasses + goggles to NHS, and masks, gloves + more to Oldham Hub

THANK YOU to frontline staff for your hard work!

KEEP ACTIVE, STAY SAFE |

Adam, our @Sport_England College Sports Maker, passed some familiar buildings on his run last night!

Following government advice, you can take one trip outdoors for exercise each day - why not go for a walk, run or cycle?

Day 5 of teaching from home. This is what the @OldhamCollege Level 3 Law class get to see today! Who knew that my eyes don't like me and my accent is hilarious? 😂 #UKlockdown #StayAtHomeSaveLives #COVID19 #TeacherStrong #TEACHers #teachingfromhome

[Sam Shepley @ShepleySam]

Any of my students need anything, the office phone is now diverted to my mobile and my email is still active. Google classroom is all updated and I'll be working from 9-5 Monday to Friday. Let's learn online! #schoolclosuresuk #WereInThisTogether (p) Level 2 Law, 10am tomorrow!

So 8% of front line workers in Italy are now reportedly infected, in your shopping binges and self preservation, please think of the teachers, nurses, care workers, supermarket cashiers. This is what may define us.

.@tinycakelady, owner of @PuddinHey, stepped out of her comfort zone to share her passion with students.

Her advice for aspiring business owners: "When things are tough, don't ask 'why me?' Instead, ask 'HOW can I make this better?'"
